This weekend (6-8 May 2023) sees the historic event of the coronation of the UK’s new monarch, King Charles III.
This weekend sees an additional bank holiday. For this weekend, the park will be open from 10am with ride queue lanes closing at 4pm.
In the early 1980s, Pleasurewood Hills mascot and cuddly friend Woody Bear had the honour to meet the late Queen Elizabeth II on her visit to Lowestoft. Two cuddly toys of Woody Bear were given to the queen for her newly born grandchildren, Prince William and Prince Harry. The royal visit is prominent in the town’s history and a landmark occasion for the park.
Woody Bear and all the team at Pleasurewood Hills sincerely wish HRH King Charles III a wonderful Coronation and all the best in his reign as monarch.
