Don’t want the weather to get in the way of your plans? Protect your visit with our Rainy Guarantee for extra peace of mind. Add our Rainy Day Guarantee to your booking for just £2 per person and if there is more than 5mm rainfall during park opening hours, you can get a return visit for free*.

What Happens Next?

During the day we capture rainfall using a beaker, and if it reaches 5mm during opening hours, we will activate the Rainy Day Guarantee for that day.

We will issue an email to guests with the Rainy Day Guarantee insurance cover, providing codes to allow complimentary re-entry, along with the weblink required and redemption instructions. There will be one code issue per Rainy Day cover. The email will normally be issued later the same day or early the following day.

Terms & Conditions
- - Rainy Day Guarantee only applies to tickets bought online in advance alongside the Rainy Day Guarantee.
  - Price is per person and per ticket.
  - 5mm rainfall applies to rainfall onsite captured in our operational hours and will be monitored by the Pleasurewood Hills team.
  - Pleasurewood Hills decision is final.
  - 5mm of rainfall must occur between Park opening hours.
  - The Rainy Day Guarantee return visit must be used within 30 days of the original visit date.
  - Return visits must be booked in advance.
  - Not valid for the free return offer, schools, groups, Tesco Clubcard and any other 3rd party partners.
  - Pleasurewood Hills may change the offer at any point.

Terms and conditions

All packages must be pre-booked and pre-paid at least two weeks’ in advance of the planned party date. A 20% deposit is required upon booking. Please note that we are unable to refund children cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Free admission for parents of the birthday child who are season pass holders will not be entitled to the free admission for parents as this is already included with the pass. Both season pass and non season pass birthday bookings are to collect their entry bands from reception upon arrival.

Menu requirements must be provided at least three days prior to the party; this will help us to deliver a prompt service and not delay your fun.

The prices shown are irrespective of age. Guests under 90cm in height enter the park free of charge (meals are chargeable). Groups are a minimum of 20 paid guests.

These group rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. In order to guarantee the above group rates, we would need a firm booking together with payment at least 14 days in advance of your visit.

Our corporate packages are bespoke based on the requirements of our guests. Exclusive use of park venues are subject to availability. Request for use of the park's conference facilities must be made no less than 14 days prior to visit. Enquiries are confirmed once an invoice has been issued. Any changes of numbers must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the date of visit. Bookings with late changes will be charged at the original invoice amount.
