The park is open between April and October on selected dates. For opening dates click here.
The park is open from 10am to 5pm.
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Any under 12s without adult supervision will be refused entry.
Dogs (except guide and assistance dogs) are not allowed on park. Please note that under no circumstances should dogs be left in vehicles on our car park.
We hope that everyone has a brilliant time during their visit but if something falls short of your expectations, please talk to a team member on the day of your visit. They will help to address any issues you are having and, if they are unable to help you personally will refer you to the Duty Manager.

We have been rated “Good To Go” by Visit Britain for the implementation of all our measures to keep our guests safe from COVID-19/Coronavirus.
Some height restrictions do apply for certain rides – full details are included on the ride information page of our website. If you are unsure whether the ride is suitable for you or a member of your party, look out for the height boards near each ride for details of any minimum or maximum restrictions.
Yes we do. We understand some guests require additional assistance and offer priority boarding. This is valid for guests with disabilities only. This will allow eligible guests to queue via the ride’s exit lane. Guests will be required to provide evidence of eligibility, this would include;
Evidence of receipt of Personal Independence Payment/Disability Living Allowance
Consultant letter/report/diagnosis
Disability travel ID with photograph
Please note there are two rides on the park on the park that do not allow priority boarding, they are Cannonball Express and Wavebreaker.
When Priority Boarding, can you can do so on each ride once every half an hour. People with a Priority Boarding pass can be accompanied by one guest.
We offer a concession rate of £17.50 per guest. All tickets must be pre-booked online. We ask for one of the following documents to support the ticket price:
All guests have to pay to enter the park. We offer a non-rider ticket at £13 per guest, which entitles guests to visit the displays, ride the trains and chairlift plus enjoy any other on park entertainers that might be available on the day – all other rides are exempt. If you change your mind during the day and want to go on the rides, simply present your receipt at the admission booths and they can upgrade you to a full day entry. This rate may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and may not be paid for with Tesco vouchers.
We offer discounted group rates.
20-49 People | £17.50 per person |
51-99 People | £16.50 per person |
100+ | £15.50 per person |
A meal deal option is also available for groups with 20+ guests.

Tesco Clubcard vouchers are only valid against full-priced individual Gold and Silver (Gold over 1.4m, £23 and Silver between 0.9m and 1.39m, £21) admissions.
Guests using Tesco Clubcard voucher codes no longer need to pre-book their tickets online. Simply present your Clubcard voucher code that starts with PWH at the main gate on the day of your visit. Any remaining amount due can be paid via card or contactless.
Please be advised that Tesco Clubcard points are not valid against season passes, pre-booked, online or concessionary rates. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please note that we cannot give change for any Tesco vouchers due to their new policy.
When you purchase a ticket online you will be emailed with your booking confirmation and on this you will have a unique six digit reference number and/or bar code. If you take a screenshot of this or make a note of your booking reference number our team will be able to retrieve your booking when you arrive.
If your voucher doesn’t have any specific terms and conditions, it means the voucher has our standard terms. This means that you can use the voucher or discount ticket, but you can’t use it in conjunction with any other offer, discount or Tesco Clubcard voucher. The voucher you have can only be used against full priced Gold and Silver admissions.
The management reserve the right to withdraw or alter any of the facilities at any time without prior notice. Guests are informed that rides, shows and attractions may be closed temporarily, withdrawn or otherwise unavailable at any time due to technical or operational reasons, capacity or inclement weather.
The management are not obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets. Some rides have height restrictions.
Tesco Clubcard vouchers are only redeemable against Gold and Silver admissions.
If your voucher has an online voucher code it can be used when booking tickets online – you will need to enter the code when prompted on the screen. Voucher codes cannot be used with our online discounted tickets and can only be used for standard Gold and Silver tickets which cost £23 or £21. To buy tickets using a voucher code Click Here.
Please be aware that some of our vouchers can only be used for on-the-day entry at the admission booths.
When redeeming online bookings please note that all wristbands will be issued in one transaction only.
