Car and Coach Parking

Pleasurewood Hills offers free parking for cars and coaches. Disabled parking is near to reception and the Park entrance. The parking is a gravelled area leading to tarmac roads and pathways.

Toilets & Baby Changing

Toilets and baby changing facilities are found around the park. These are detailed on the park map.

First Aid

If you require first aid assistance during your visit, please contact a member of the team who will contact a first aider for you.

Lost Children

If you and your child become separated during a visit to Pleasurewood Hills, please contact a member of the Pleasurewood Hills team as soon as possible. They will be able to put out an alert across the park to help ensure you are reunited with your child.

Payment methods

All our admission booths, photo booths, gift shop and dining outlets accept card, cash and contactless payments. Please note our admission booths do not accept American Express. Cashback can be provided on request.

Photobooths

Take home a unique reminder of your day with photograph or key ring of you on one of our rides. Our cameras are set up on Marble Madness, Egg-Spress, Water Fun Factory, Wipeout and Rootin Tootin – visit the booths or kiosks located near to the rides.

Terms and conditions

All packages must be pre-booked and pre-paid at least two weeks’ in advance of the planned party date. A 20% deposit is required upon booking. Please note that we are unable to refund children cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Free admission for parents of the birthday child who are season pass holders will not be entitled to the free admission for parents as this is already included with the pass. Both season pass and non season pass birthday bookings are to collect their entry bands from reception upon arrival.

Menu requirements must be provided at least three days prior to the party; this will help us to deliver a prompt service and not delay your fun.

The prices shown are irrespective of age. Guests under 90cm in height enter the park free of charge (meals are chargeable). Groups are a minimum of 20 paid guests.

These group rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. In order to guarantee the above group rates, we would need a firm booking together with payment at least 14 days in advance of your visit.

Our corporate packages are bespoke based on the requirements of our guests. Exclusive use of park venues are subject to availability. Request for use of the park's conference facilities must be made no less than 14 days prior to visit. Enquiries are confirmed once an invoice has been issued. Any changes of numbers must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the date of visit. Bookings with late changes will be charged at the original invoice amount.
