Here at Pleasurewood Hills we love to welcome large groups to offer a great day out to make amazing memories with friends, colleagues and fellow members. To enhance the experience we offer a range of meal and beverage options to ensure a fun, well fuelled day out. For those choosing meal options we provide vouchers to exchange for the following;

  • Adult meals – select from our park range of meal options with a choice of soft drink
  • Children’s Meals – select from our range of children’s meals with a drink choice of a bottle of water or a Capri Sun
  • Whippy / donuts – For a sweet treat exchange a voucher for a choice of a traditional whippy and flake ice cream or a serving of fresh hot donuts
  • Sweet treat – For those who love a super sweet sensation, exchange the designated voucher for a choice of either a glazed donut, sweet waffles or a portion of churros served with Nutella sauce
  • Pint and an Eco Cup – Get one of our Pleasurewood Hills branded eco cups and choose from our range of drinks and beverages including our draught beers and ciders (we operate a Challenge 25 policy, photo ID may be required for the sale of alcohol)

Terms and conditions

All packages must be pre-booked and pre-paid at least two weeks’ in advance of the planned party date. A 20% deposit is required upon booking. Please note that we are unable to refund children cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Free admission for parents of the birthday child who are season pass holders will not be entitled to the free admission for parents as this is already included with the pass. Both season pass and non season pass birthday bookings are to collect their entry bands from reception upon arrival.

Menu requirements must be provided at least three days prior to the party; this will help us to deliver a prompt service and not delay your fun.

The prices shown are irrespective of age. Guests under 90cm in height enter the park free of charge (meals are chargeable). Groups are a minimum of 20 paid guests.

Our corporate packages are bespoke based on the requirements of our guests. Exclusive use of park venues are subject to availability. Request for use of the park's conference facilities must be made no less than 14 days prior to visit. Enquiries are confirmed once an invoice has been issued. Any changes of numbers must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the date of visit. Bookings with late changes will be charged at the original invoice amount.
