Group Organiser Checklist

The safety and welfare of our guests is of paramount importance to us and we have stringent standards for all our operating rides and attractions. Please click on the links for copies of our risk assessments and our insurance certificate (PDF, 450k).

1. Bring a Mobile Phone
   Please try to ensure that at least one group leader has a phone and advises or reception staff of the number on arrival.
2. Arrange a Meeting Point
   Pleasurewood Hills offers our groups the chance to have a meeting point, which will be yours for use throughout the day to meet up with your group.
3. Extra Discounts for Pre-Payment
   You can save even more money when we receive your payment by credit-card or cash 14 days prior to your visit.
4. Coach Parking and Coach Drivers
   Free parking and plenty of it! We also offer free entry and a free cuppa for the coach driver upon presentation of booking confirmation.
5. Catering
   We have a large range of catering facilities including vouchers, barbecues, hog roasts etc to accommodate you. Please call for details.
6. Picnic Areas
   If you would prefer to bring your own food, we have plenty of picnic areas throughout the park for you to use.
