Pleasurewood Hills is the BEST for visitors - its official

The team at Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park are delighted to have won the ‘Best Visitor Experience’ award in the 2009 Tourism in Suffolk Awards. And as a further endorsement, the Park was also a finalist for the ‘Best Large Visitor Attraction’ in Suffolk.

More Than 25 Years of Fun

Don’t let the year slip by without a visit to the regions biggest and best theme park, Pleasurewood Hills.

This 50-acre theme park is set in beautiful coastal parkland and ideally situated at Lowestoft but only just 10 minutes south of Great Yarmouth; perfect for tourists in Suffolk and Norfolk!

We celebrated our 25th Anniversary in 2008 and we have all the ingredients for a great day out, with something to do for all members of the family and all groups; whether young or just young at heart!

Thrill Rides

From adrenalin-fuelled thrill rides and roller coasters like Enigma, Fireball and Thunder Struck, to white-water family favourites like Timber Falls and Wave Breaker.

There’s even a great selection of fun family rides from the smallest of adventurers to seasoned explorers. Be sure to dive into the heart of the park – ‘Main Street’ and it’s unique, interactive, maritime theme!

Ride it if You Dare ..... Wipeout

Our latest ride is Wipeout… the tallest, fastest rollercoaster in the East of England. Passengers are launched along 900 feet of twisted steel at speeds touching 50mph and pulling over 5G’s as they hurtle through 3 inversions forwards and then backwards!

You’ll come for the rides and you’ll stay for the shows… Prepare to be entertained with a range of first class shows including the awesome antics of the Sea Lions, the hilarious Parrots and the Circus & Street Arts Show.
